Job summary

Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center seeks an enthusiastic Usher to deliver outstanding customer service, guide patrons to seats, and support safety during performances.

You will distribute programs, handle ticket issues, and provide information about the venue with professionalism; a high school diploma and evening/weekend availability are required. Join a team that values courtesy and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work varied hours including holidays, weekends and evenings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to all patrons.
• Direct patrons to seating locations and assist with seating as needed.
• Distribute program books and inserts at appropriate locations.
• Scan tickets and escort patrons to their seats.
• Handle patron questions and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
