Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for patrons entering Heinz Hall with a warm, customer-focused approach.
• Scan tickets and escort patrons to their seats.
• Distribute program books and hand programs to patrons.
• Handle ticket problems and patron complaints.
• Assist patrons with disabilities.
• Provide directions and answer inquiries with a consistent service tone.
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous attitude.
