Job summary

The Dallas Symphony Orchestra is seeking an Usher to provide exemplary customer service for patrons at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center. You will assist guests, direct them to seating, distribute programs, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere during performances.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with on-site duties and the possibility of complimentary concert tickets when available.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma required.
• Ability to work various hours including holidays, weekends, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to all patrons.
• Direct patrons to seating locations and escort them to their seats.
• Distribute program books and inserts as needed.
• Scan patron tickets upon entry and assist with seating.
