Job summary

AEG Presents in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a friendly Usher/Ticket Taker to provide excellent customer service at events. You will greet guests, scan tickets, assist with seating, and help guests with directions while maintaining safety.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 years of related experience; candidates must be able to stand for long periods, work evenings and weekends, and operate in loud environments. This part‑time position may offer ACA benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with directional and informational inquiries by demonstrating knowledge of the facility and events.
• Communicate professionally with staff, clients, guests, supervisors and corporate staff.
• Assist guests with seating and scanning of tickets at entry points.
• Maintain calm and attentive demeanor when addressing guest issues.
• Report activities that conflict with policy or conduct to supervisor or Event Manager.
