Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and support our luxury wellness experience.

You'll follow Miraval standards, restock amenities, report maintenance issues, and log lost-and-found items while working with a friendly team to ensure guests feel welcomed, relaxed, and cared for during their stay.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic English reading, writing, and speaking preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• A true desire to serve others in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Review daily room assignments, noting VIPs, departure times, turns, and special requests.
• Prepare work caddy with supplies ensuring proper chemicals and tools.
• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Miraval Housekeeping standards.
• Restock amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues.
• Report any HSKP issues (stains, mold, etc).
• Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order.
• Turn in and log lost and found items to security.
• Place F&B dishes/glasses into the housekeeping closet in containers.
• Complete any special cleaning tasks.
• Update room status via Hotsos device.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training.
• Adhere to grooming standards at all times.
• Have a positive attitude and work with co-workers.
• Follow proper recycling procedures.

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review daily room assignments, making note of VIPs, departure times, turns, and special requests
• Prepare work caddy with supplies ensuring proper chemicals and tools are in hand
• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Miraval Housekeeping standards
• Restock amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues.
• Report any HSKP issues (dirty carpets, stains, mold, etc)
• Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order.
• Turn in and log any lost and found items to security office.
• Place any F&B dishes, glasses into the housekeeping closet in appropriate containers.
• Complete any special cleaning tasks.
• Update room status via Hotsos device.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training.
• Adhere to grooming standards at all times.
• Have a positive attitude and work together with co-workers
• Follow proper recycling procedures
