Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking an Integrative Wellbeing Coordinator to support group sales and coordinate group programs and events onsite. You will serve as the main contact for corporate clients and ensure exceptional service throughout booking and onsite experiences.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with a passion for wellness. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential to support events and guest needs.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in hospitality or tourism is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn Resort Suite, Envision and other CRM systems.
• Passion for wellness and hospitality.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Previous resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for group and corporate clients.
• Support clients with schedules, itineraries, billing and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute group programs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after group stays.
• Effectively communicate Miraval Austin programming and ethos.
• Work onsite with flexibility between client calls and operational needs.
• Support daily operations with schedule adjustments, point of sale, reporting and assisting colleagues.
• Work directly with guests onsite on changes to their schedule.

The Integrative Wellbeing Coordinator supports group sales and ensures seamless coordination of group programs and events. This role serves as the main contact for corporate clients and group organizers, delivering exceptional service throughout the booking and onsite experience.
