Job summary

Legends Global in Oklahoma City is seeking a part-time Ticket Seller for Paycom Center to deliver World Class Customer Service and manage ticket sales to guests. The role requires evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts in a busy venue atmosphere.

You will operate Ticketmaster Sales or AXS, open/close the window, process payments, generate tickets, and report daily sales. Strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes ticket window as required.
• Answers patron questions about prices, events, and availability.
• Processes payments accurately and makes change.
• Generates tickets from the system and retains them until payment completes.
• Completes daily ticket sales reports.
• Maintains accurate cash balances and submits for audit.
• Work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Handles guest concerns calmly and escalates when needed.
• Performs related clerical work and assists other departments.
