Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check required per policy.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge.
• Ticketmaster or venue box office experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close ticket window as required.
• Sell and distribute will call tickets using Ticketmaster software.
• Answer customers' questions promptly and courteously.
• Keep a clean, well-groomed appearance and organized workspace.
• Maintain energetic, professional relationships with guests and staff.
• Perform related clerical work and other duties as assigned.
