Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented guest services associate to assist guests with ticket purchases over the phone and in person across our venues in Wichita and Andover.

You will answer questions on pricing, seating and event information, process payments, issue tickets at will-call, and maintain accurate daily reconciliation. Flexibility for event nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Positive attitude and neat appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Box Office or Guest Service background (18+ months preferred)

Responsibilities

• Answer questions related to price, seating, and event information with courtesy and efficiency.
• Accept payment form agreed upon and distribute tickets properly.
• Keep accurate daily balance sheet for payments received and tickets sold.
• Fulfill ticket requests at will-call window according to procedures.
• Open and close ticket window as required.
• Regular attendance is an essential job function.
• Must be able to pass a background/credit check.
• Position requires the ability to work at all Legends Global venues in Wichita and Andover.
• Other duties as assigned.
