Legends Global at the Peoria Civic Center is seeking a Ticket Seller Supervisor to oversee part-time ticket sellers during evening and weekend events.

Starting pay is $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include Paid Leave and 401k. The role requires supervisory experience, cash handling proficiency, and strong verbal and written communication, with daily tasks spanning cash drawers, data entry, and coordinating staff.

Qualifications

• English language fluency, verbal and written.
• Minimum 18 years of age to apply.
• Complete the Legends Global online application for employment.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Prior ticketing experience preferred.
• Cash Handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling according to established procedures.
• Prepare ticket seller cash drawers at shift start.
• Audit/balance ticket seller cash drawers at shift end.
• Ensure selling supplies are stocked and available for ticket sellers.
• Sell tickets to patrons as needed.
• Enter data, update spreadsheets, produce executive sales report.
• Provide sales information to authorized parties as needed.
• Communicate with Event Staff and Promoters throughout events.
• Assist with scheduling of staff.
• Handle patron/seller issues as they come up.
• Other duties as assigned.
