Job summary

Century II seeks a part-time Ticket Specialist to sell and scan tickets for events, providing guests with information and excellent service. The role requires working evenings, nights, and weekends at Legends Global venues in Wichita and Andover, with flexible hours and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities include handling payments, issuing tickets, balancing cash, and assisting with will-call requests. Prior box office or guest service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Positive attitude and neat appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Box Office or Guest Service background preferred.
• Must pass a background/credit check.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions related to price, seating, and event information with courtesy and efficiency.
• Accept payment form agreed upon and distribute tickets properly.
• Keep accurate daily balance sheet for cash received and tickets sold.
• Fulfill ticket requests at will-call window according to procedures.
• Ability to scan tickets on event day.
• Open and close ticket window as required.
• Requires ability to work flexible hours; events include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Position may require work at all Legends Global venues in Wichita and Andover.
• Regular attendance is an essential job function.
