Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with guest services systems and promotions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Answer inquiries and provide information on rates, packages, and promotions.
• Train and cross-train new hires and attend management trainings.
• Monitor security and handle guest communications and emergencies as needed.
