Modus by PM Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager in Washington, DC. You will oversee front desk operations, lead a team across shifts, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

The role reports to the Rooms Manager and offers a salary range of $52,000-$55,000, with full-time, on-site work and a focus on creating memorable stays for guests in Hotel Hive.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Strong knowledge of our local neighborhood and city.
• Proficiency with computers, databases, and property management systems; able to train your team.
• Open availability and ability to work varied shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the MOD during your shift and make decisions as needed.
• Lead day-to-day operations and support all three shifts.
• Demonstrate integrity and lead by example.
• Provide leadership across days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Coach, develop, and train your team within our service culture.
