This full-time, seasonal role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and guest recovery to maintain a high standard of service. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with experience using Windows-based applications and POS familiarity considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume guest-facing environment is preferred.
• Strong guest service and guest recovery skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support front-line teams across one or more Guest Services locations.
• Coach and develop employees and coordinate daily operations.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing and provide guidance on guest recovery situations.
• Collaborate with department leadership to ensure training and tools for outstanding service.
