Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking an experienced HPC Supervisor to lead the High Performance Center operations and staff. You will oversee the HPC shop, coordinate inventory and POS activities, and ensure guests receive knowledgeable, personalized service throughout their visit.

The role requires coaching staff, scheduling, and maintaining service standards in a busy seasonal retail environment, with a focus on ski and snowboard expertise and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume guest service environment.
• Strong guest service and guest recovery skills.
• Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Nordic skiing and snowshoeing.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead the High Performance Center shop daily operations and staff.
• Support inventory and POS accuracy, scheduling, and staff training.
• Balance guest service with operational demands in a seasonal retail setting.
• Coach and develop team members and ensure service standards.
