Job summary

Reflections Holiday Parks in Eden is seeking a hands-on Guest Services & Kiosk Supervisor to lead daily guest services, kiosk and housekeeping operations. You will provide frontline leadership to the guest-facing team, coordinate priorities and ensure a consistently positive guest experience, including overseeing the on-site kiosk, stock control, and cash handling.

• Experience in customer-facing tourism, hospitality, or retail environments.
• A current driver’s license and First Aid certificate are required.
• Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest services, kiosk, and housekeeping front-line operations.
• Oversee the Curalo kiosk including stock, cash handling and retail performance.
• Provide operational continuity when Park Manager is unavailable.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality guest experiences and resolve issues.
