The Kensington Hotel is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team and maintain the high standards guests expect. You will oversee room and public-area cleaning, ensure safety and sanitation, and support a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure housekeeping standards and guest satisfaction are maintained.
• Ensure safety, health, and sanitation standards compliance.
• Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor workflow.
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed.
• Maintain Lost & Found records and inventory usage.
• Collaborate with management to maintain service standards.
