Qualifications

• 1+ years front desk or guest services experience in a hotel

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk agents to ensure seamless check-in/out experiences
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints & requests with a service-first mindset
• Train, coach, and motivate front desk staff to uphold Hyatt brand standards
• Manage room assignments, reservations, and inventory using PMS
• Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, and end-of-shift reporting
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, responding to on-property issues or emergencies
