Job summary

Hyatt Place St. Paul is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Saint Paul, MN. You will clean and service guest rooms daily, restocking amenities and maintaining brand standards, while promptly reporting maintenance issues.

A positive guest-focused attitude and the ability to work independently with good time management are essential. This on-site role requires physical stamina and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout an entire shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Basic understanding of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Restock room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to brand standards.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the appropriate department.
• Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or room refreshes in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, linen closets, and housekeeping carts.
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors regarding room status updates.
