Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Guest Services Representative to join our team. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with arrivals and payments, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

The Front Office role requires professional communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel/front desk/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information, records, and shift documentation.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and other departments.
