The Knoll Hotel Napa Valley is seeking an experienced Front Office support leader to assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations and guest service excellence. You will help supervise front desk activities, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive service and upselling opportunities.

• Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, PBX, Key system and POS.

• Ensure efficient guest registration, check-out and telephone service.
• Observe front desk agents and ensure policies and procedures are followed with courteous, professional guest handling.
• Maximize hotel revenues through upsell programs and occupancy strategies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction surveys and address guest comments in a timely manner.
• Direct and train Front Office staff; assist in hiring, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with other departments to relay VIP arrivals and room status information.
• Ensure staffing levels meet hotel demand and complete daily reports.
