Job summary

Azul Hospitality Group is hiring an entry-level Housekeeper for The Knoll Hotel Napa Valley in Napa, CA. The role ensures clean, comfortable guest rooms and compliance with hotel cleanliness standards. You will provide fresh linens, towels, and amenities, while supporting a safe, efficient housekeeping operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English in the workplace.
• Good communication and customer-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean all guest rooms within designated time frames.
• Update daily assignment sheets and report to supervisor.
• Change bed linens and tidy up bathrooms.
• Replenish amenities and room supplies.
• Lift and move furniture as needed and safe.
• Vacuum, dust, and clean all furniture and fixtures.
• Deep-clean guest rooms per hotel program.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, restrooms, elevators, and common areas.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure rooms are release-ready only after addressed.
• Follow safety policies and attend trainings as required.
