• Act as the MOD during the night-time hours.
• Greet guests on arrival and perform registration and checkout procedures.
• Accept payments, maintain a house bank, and balance receipts daily.
• Balance cash drawer and handle cash transactions.
• Take and manage guest bookings and upsell opportunities.
• Prepare the front desk for shifts and maintain nightly reports.
• Answer guest inquiries and follow safety protocols.
