Job summary

The Knoll Hotel Napa Valley is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms, deliver fresh linens and amenities, and ensure sparkling cleanliness throughout the shift.

You will clean bathrooms, change bed linens, restock supplies, lift and move items, and report maintenance issues while following safety procedures and hotel policies to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must be detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean all guest rooms within required time limits.
• Update assignment sheets and return keys to supervisor.
• Change bed linens and make beds; replenish supplies.
• Clean bathrooms and fixtures; polish woodwork and hardware.
• Move and lift items; organize cleaning carts and linen closets.
• Transport trash to disposal area and follow deep-cleaning programs.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure rooms are ready for inventory.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; attend trainings as required.
