Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to assist the Hotel Operations Manager in leading Front Office, Concierge, and Valet Bell Services teams. You will train, develop staff, and ensure exceptional guest service while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities include managing front office operations, ensuring efficient valet and coat check processes, handling guest issues, and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements for hotel operations leadership.
• Supervisory experience in Front Desk/Hotel Operations preferred.
• Mandatory licenses/certifications per regulations.
