Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Bristol is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and deliver top-quality guest service. Under supervision, you will manage schedules, train staff, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience and 1–3 years supervising housekeeping staff. Must pass background checks, drug screening, and meet age and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build guest relations and mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
• Prepare work schedules and conduct employee evaluations; assist in hiring and training programs.
• Adjust public space policies to better serve guests.
• Resolve non-routine issues and perform special projects as assigned.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure policies are followed and identify problems.
• Demonstrate leadership to guide subordinate staff and manage budgets/vendor billing.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and guests; attend meetings and follow up.
