Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to assist the Hotel Operations Manager in leading the Front Office, Concierge and Valet Bell Services teams. You will train, develop staff and deliver exceptional guest service, while resolving issues and maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and the ability to manage transportation and guest interactions across the property.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory Front Desk/Hotel Operations experience.
Degree/diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record for the past 3 years.
Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per regulations; background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Lead Front Desk, Concierge and Valet Bell Services teams with training and development.
Provide superior guest service and resolve guest issues promptly.
Ensure smooth Front Office operations while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Manage transportation, arrival and departure of guest vehicles and oversee valet/coat check.
Coordinate with management and other departments; attend meetings and communicate effectively.
