Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee the conference center's guest services operations and staff. You will coordinate registration, transportation, and communications to ensure a positive guest experience and world-class service.

The role requires leadership, strong PC skills, and hospitality experience. You will train staff, manage check-ins/outs, and collaborate with other departments to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Preferably 2+ years in hospitality or similar guest services roles.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly.
• Strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Guest Services staff to provide 24/7 coverage.
• Coordinate registration and transportation for guests.
• Train Front Desk/Concierge staff using Aramark programs.
• Oversee front desk and concierge tasks to ensure world-class service.
• Manage check-in/check-out processes and Lobby Ambassador Program.
• Guide guest orientation and local area information.
• Ensure proper telephone service and PBX operation.
• Handle guest mail, messages and deliveries.
• Coordinate reservations for guest transportation.
• Utilize the property management system effectively.
• Familiarize with night audit functions.
• Assist guests and address concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of sundries and restock as needed.
• Issue and monitor safe deposit boxes; manage cashier banks.
• Design and implement staff training programs on daily operations and safety.
• Order, store and inventory daily supplies.
• Communicate with all departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Establish and follow emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Guest Services Manager.
