Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee the Guest Services Department at the conference center. You will coordinate staff and guest experiences to ensure a positive impression of the facility, including registration, transportation, and concierge tasks.

The role requires leading training programs, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. Strong communication and hospitality background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Guest Services Support Staff in providing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coverage.
• Coordinates registration functions and transportation for all guests.
• Trains Front Desk/Concierge staff using Aramark and client programs.
• Oversees front desk and concierge tasks to ensure world-class service.
• Manages check-in/check-out; executes Lobby Ambassador program; orients guests to the area and facilities.
• Manages telephone/service procedures and PBX operations; handles mail and deliveries.
