Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises Guest Services staff for 24/7 coverage.
• Coordinates registration and transportation for guests.
• Trains Front Desk/Concierge personnel according to Aramark programs.
• Oversees lobby operations and world-class guest service delivery.
• Manages reservations, PBX, mail, and guest communications.
• Designs training to cover daily duties, safety, and policies.
