Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Conference Services Worker to ensure proper setup, maintenance, and cleanliness of conference rooms and lounges in line with ARAMARK standards. This role involves coordinating with supervisors, moving light furniture, stocking supplies, and ensuring readiness for each event.

Typical duties include reading banquet event orders, attending meetings, and adhering to safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with guests courteously and efficiently.
• Able to work with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, maintains, breaks down, and cleans food and beverage spaces for events.
• Maintains general appearance of break areas.
• Moves light furniture and tables as needed.
• Keeps supervisor informed of event progress and guest needs.
• Prepares for next day set-up and events.
• Stocks glassware, china, food items, drinks, linens, and office supplies.
• Arranges tables and chairs per meeting specs.
• Removes trash from areas.
• Reads banquet event order sheets.
• Attends departmental meetings and trainings as needed.
• Follows safety, security, emergencies, and energy policies.
