Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to work under the direction of the Guest Service Manager. You will coordinate Guest Services at the conference center to ensure staff and guests experience a positive impression of the facility.

Key duties include supervising support staff 24/7, coordinating registration and transportation for all guests, training Front Desk/Concierge personnel, and overseeing check-in/out, lobby ambassador programs, and PBX operations.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to world-class service.
• Strong knowledge of personal computers.
• Experience in all facets of guest services.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Two years in hospitality services or similar environment.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise guest services staff to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Coordinate registration and transportation for all guests.
• Train Front Desk/Concierge personnel per Aramark programs.
• Oversee lobby and concierge tasks for world-class service.
• Manage check-in/check-out, guest orientation, and PBX operations.
• Handle guest mail, messages, and deliveries.
• Coordinate guest transportation reservations and rely on the property management system.
• Design and implement training for daily duties, safety, and policies.
• Order, store, and inventory supplies for daily operations.
• Communicate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Establish and follow emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Guest Services Manager.
