Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service at the front-end.
• Handle cashiering, money orders, Western Union, and other services.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and coupon refunds.
• Perform cashier accuracy audits and report issues.
• Back up team members in Guest Services and related areas.
• Support Guest Service Manager in their absence.
