Responsibilities

• Maintain a "Say Yes to the Guest" attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform all front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money orders, electronic payments, postage, copies, lottery, Western Union, bookkeeping, etc.
• Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to store management.
• Provide backup services to employees across Guest Services, cashiering, and related duties, including coverage for the Guest Service Manager.
