Coborn's is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest service at the Guest Service Counter, handling money orders, Western Union, dry cleaning, postage and more. You will support cashiering, refunds, exchanges, and other transactions to uphold Coborn's high standards across the store.

The role involves assisting guests, performing front-end duties, and backing up management as needed, in a team-focused, employee-owned environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cashier duties and front-end transactions.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic issues and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude with remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions: cashiering, bagging, money orders, postal machinery, and related duties.
• Assist guests with returns, price adjustments, and over/under charges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report pricing or equipment issues to management.
• Provide backup to team and to Guest Service Manager when needed.
