Job summary

Coborn's is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver remarkable service at the front-end, assist guests with Money Orders, Western Union, and other neighborhood services, and support cashier operations. You will help with returns, price checks, and daily backup coverage across departments, contributing to a positive, employee-owned workplace with health benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-end guest service roles.
• Ability to perform cashier interventions and transaction corrections.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and operating money order/electronic payment machines.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges, and conduct cashier accuracy checks.
• Provide backup to colleagues and to Guest Service Manager as needed.
