Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide outstanding guest service at the Guest Service Counter.

The role involves supporting the front-end and store operations through cashier interventions, refunds, exchanges, and other service transactions while upholding Coborn's high standards. Responsibilities include cashiering, money orders, Western Union, and related services; you will also assist with returns and pricing issues, and you will help maintain smooth front-end

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive "Say Yes to the Guest" attitude by delivering remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and handling money orders, Western Union, and other services.
• Assist guests with returns, price adjustments, and coupon-related transactions.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to team members across Guest Services, cashiering, and related tasks.
• Support the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager when needed.
