Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Experience handling cash and basic cashier duties.
• Ability to perform transactions such as returns, refunds, exchanges.
• Familiarity with money orders, Western Union and related services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and say yes to the guest.
• Handle front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and service tasks.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and coupon refunds.
• Perform cashier accuracy checks and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager when needed.
