You will handle cashier tasks, money orders, Western Union, and other specialized services while assisting guests with returns and exchanges.

Qualifications

• Front-end guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform cashiering and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Willingness to handle money orders, Western Union, and other services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude with remarkable service.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, and operate money order/electronic payment devices.
• Assist guests with returns, price checks, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and inform management of issues.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager in absence.
