Coborn's is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver remarkable guest service at the front-end, handling cashiering, returns, exchanges, and money orders. You will support store operations and help guests with a variety of services beyond groceries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a "Say Yes to the Guest" attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money orders, postal and other transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, overrides, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and flag pricing or equipment issues to management.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager in absence.
• Support the front-end and store operations as needed.
