Job summary

Explor Crater Lake, LLC invites you to join a season of hospitality where tranquil beauty and rich culture meet outstanding guest service. As a Front Desk/Reservations associate, you will welcome guests, manage reservations, and handle check-ins and check-outs while sharing Park information and programs.

You will keep front and back areas organized, respond to guest requests with a positive demeanor, assist with cash handling and daily deposits, and support team members while adhering to ISO

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in front desk/reservations preferred.
• Knowledge of Park/Resort operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information for guest tours and programs relating to the Park.
• Present guest programs with a positive demeanor to enhance the experience.
• Handle guest reservations and room assignments per rate structure and policies.
• Respond to guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Keep front and back office areas organized and clean.
• Communicate with emergency responders when necessary.
• Prepare daily deposits and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist team members by sharing knowledge of Park and surroundings.
• Understand ISO environmental and quality policies and goals.
