Explor Crater Lake, LLC is hiring for a Customer Service Associate to assist guests with a friendly, efficient experience and uphold company standards. You will greet visitors, answer questions, and guide customers to products while using the POS system to process payments.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork in a hospitality-forward retail setting. Responsibilities include maintaining displays, restocking, opening/closing procedures, and adhering to ISO quality and environmental

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Retail sales experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Greet customers within seconds and provide friendly service.
Develop product knowledge to assist purchasing decisions.
Direct customers to items of interest and answer inquiries.
Assist with park-related inquiries using approved information.
Process payments using POS system and handle cash/credit cards.
Restock displays and maintain labeling per company standards.
Participate in opening and closing procedures; adhere to store policies.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support ISO quality and environmental policies.
