Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional guest service at the Guest Service Counter, handling money orders, Western Union, and other store services. The role includes cashier operations, returns, exchanges, and ensuring accurate transaction processing to support the front-end team.

You will assist guests, troubleshoot pricing or equipment issues, and provide backup support across guest services and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Comfort with delivering friendly guest service and resolving issues.
• Experience handling cashiering tasks and balancing tills.
• Ability to assist guests with special services (money orders, Western Union, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and various transactions (money orders, Western Union, etc.).
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges; conduct pricing and equipment troubleshooting as needed.
• Support backup coverage across Guest Services and cashiering as required.
