You will support the front-end and other store areas through cashier interventions and various transactions. The role includes processing returns, coupon refunds, and exchanges, while maintaining accuracy and positive guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive guest service attitude at the Guest Service Counter.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, money orders, Western Union, and other unique transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, exchanges, price adjustments, and coupon refunds.
• Conduct cash handling and accuracy audits as needed.
• Provide backup support to the Guest Service Manager when needed.
