Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest service at the front end. You will handle cashiering, money orders, Western Union, and various services while supporting store operations.

This role includes backup coverage for the Guest Service Manager and opportunities to grow within an employee-owned company that offers a wide range of benefits and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service with a positive attitude.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and money order/postal transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, refunds, and exchanges; resolve pricing or checkout issues.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report problems to management.
• Provide backup support to the Guest Service Manager and team as needed.
