Coborn's Incorporated is hiring a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest service at the front-end and along with handling convenient services like money orders, Western Union and postal operations. You will support cashiering, returns, and other transactions while keeping the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a "Say Yes to the Guest" attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and operating money order and electronic payment machines.
• Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report pricing or equipment issues to management.
• Provide backup across Guest Services, cashiering, bookkeeping, and cart pushing as needed.
• Support the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager in their absence.
