Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest service at the Guest Service Counter, handling money orders, Western Union, and other services beyond typical grocery retail.

You will support front-end operations and assist with transactions such as returns and refunds, working to uphold Coborn's high standards. The role emphasizes a customer-first attitude, accuracy in cashiering, and teamwork across store operations.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with accuracy.
• Familiarity with service standards, pricing discrepancies, and cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, money orders, Western Union, and postal services.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy checks and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Support store operations and assist Guest Service Manager in their absence.
