Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support the front-end and guest services at the Coborn's Guest Service Counter.

You will handle cashiering, money orders, Western Union, postal tasks, and related transactions while maintaining a high standard of service. You will back up various responsibilities across departments, handle returns and refunds, and contribute to a positive, guest-first store environment.

Qualifications

• Front-end guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform cashier interventions and transaction corrections.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude by delivering remarkable service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money orders, electronic payments, postage, copies, and other transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges and coupon refunds as needed.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report pricing or equipment issues to management.
• Provide backup coverage to the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager in their absence.
