Onix Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our team at our Neptune City hotel. You will handle guest check-in/check-out, process registrations, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and clean.

Strong communication is essential to meet guest needs and upsell hotel services. The role requires at least one year of front desk work in a busy property, a typing speed of 30–35 wpm, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide outstanding

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year front desk experience in a large volume property.
• Typing speed of 30–35 words per minute.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during check-in/check-out and complete registration cards.
• Verify payment methods and process charges per hotel policy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room status and special requests.
• Maintain lobby areas, breakfast station, and front desk equipment.
• Provide information about services and local attractions to guests.
