Job summary

Concord Hospitality in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk to welcome guests from arrival to departure. You will deliver proactive, responsive service and create memorable experiences during their stay.

As part of the Front Office team, you will assist guests, address questions, and handle payments with accuracy. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
